SCOTUS won't review precedent key to transgender ruling

The Supreme Court announced Monday, over the dissent of one conservative justice, that it will not review a legal precedent key to an appeals court ruling last month requiring public schools to allow transgender students to use bathrooms corresponding to their gender identity.

This is really good news. It means that until other courts start disagreeing, the Grimm precedents stands, and he may use the boys restroom.

Thanks Suzi, this is big! It is also a call to vote for the progressive presidential candidate who will most likely appoint the next SCOTUS member.
