Just putting it out there, but I'm liking the sound of Hormone Substitution Therapy. Who's with me?  ;D
When you think about it, technically we're rejecting our bodies' version of reality and substituting our own. Mind you we're also replacing them in most cases, rather than turning into boneless beanbags with nothing there at all  ;)

I don't see much difference between substitution and replacement, except that one's already extremely well established and not just in the trans community.

I don't much care for all the different acronyms for SRS, GRS, GCS, GAS, etc, although I can at least see some point in moving away from SRS.
