Same. I've been getting irritable every few minutes all day today, because I keep absent mindedly reaching for parts I don't have.

If and when you go the GCS route, there really isn't a whole lot you can do. In my case, I just try and look at my penis/scrotum as just being the pieces that will eventually be recycled/reused and made into the vulva.
It does suck to have to wait, yes it does. I look at it this way, your genitalia whether it is considered male or female is essentially made up of the same nerves and tissues, but just arranged differently.

Honestly, the bottom dysphoria, I've had minor cases of it, but this week it's just kind of got worse for me. I think that maybe honestly what other people have said is the best advice anyone could give. I do remember reading someone on the forum suggested putting a towel over that area while using the bathroom to avoid seeing it which kind of does help me.

There must be, I never really got it either until a couple of days ago and now it's really irritating me. :s
