"While the USA is consumed with the whole transgender debate and giving a very inappropriate response to them using opposite sex bathrooms and showers, it is very simple in the Middle East...if a man goes into a women's bathroom it is capital punishment, they will stone him to death on the spot."

The rhetoric from the Evangelical camp has just been elevated another notch. It is becoming clear how far some of them would be willing to take this.

In their context it simply means "Muslim Land" or to phrase it another way, Dar al Islam.
In reality though it only is the rule for homosexuals and is only really enforced in a few places and is done by hanging or throwing off of buildings.
However, facts are rarely a factor in our opposition's thought processes.
