Title: Boobies

Well they are growing! I've only been on HRT for 3 months but I'm already between an A and B cup. I feel that it's all been so fast!
I guess I've been pretty lucky. Can I ask: is this an indication that they will grow fairly big with so much growth early on?

Mine expanded very quickly too. Congrats! I think it is a possibly indicator of larger breast growth but i think everyone varies as to how it occurs, when it occurs etc.
I went from a larger A ( i wore a lot of B cup bras but not all of them fit well) to a C cup over the last year plus a few a months. Some c cup bras feel tight on me.

If possible, it'd be nice to know estrogen levels to see if there is any correlation..

Mine have been on the gradual increase, my last test was about 110 pg/ml. Not extremely high but my T is pretty low.

Wow, that seems really fast! I've been on HRT for 4.5 months, and I'm barely an A cup, if that.

You'll find there are growth and plateau phases. Most people find growth stops or slows significantly for a few months before picking up again. Yours may end up large, but then they might not... only time will tell! :)

8 months HRT and for the first 4 months they seemed sore all the time and started budding noticeably. Now they are no longer as sensitive but seem to be "fleshing" out and gaining weight. During this time my weight has been consistently steady where early on I was constantly losing weight.
Phases of growth and plateau are to be expected but still I am considering Progesterone at next HRT review to see if that makes a difference.

There is no way to know until they get to where they will be...sorry for the BFO, but that is the way of it. It is not the "projection" that will make them appear big, but the side growth. I am a B cup now, but they do not stick out any further really, maybe only a little. Where the size came in in that they filled in out the outer hemisphere.
I spoke with my endo about the development stages for me, I am starting this again later in life. During my last exam, she pointed out all of the "solid" that is now obvious underneath...the ductal and lymphatic development. This will be filled in with fat and she explained that the size is really an unknown for a few years. Up until then, it is really hard to gauge where things will end up.
No matter what, enjoy your body where it is in the "right now". It is wonderful!

I have been on HRT for 21 months and I am barely an A cup; most of it happened in the first 6 months. People who get more growth are so lucky! What am I doing wrong? No one else in my family is small there. My estrogen levels are adequate and sometimes I even take progesterone. Estrogen seems to cause outward growth while progesterone helps them fill in. I am a little pointy with space between them because I took too much estrogen last year, at a time when I never used progesterone. Excessive estrogen, I find, makes them grow out faster than they can fill in, leading to an unnatural shape.

After going on HRT, is the size of your new breasts influenced by your genetic makeup? For example, if your mother, sisters or aunts were big breasted, could that decide how big you become?

My understanding is to expect a cup size below your mother or sisters. (As an optimal result)

That is a very old assumption that originated with no real research. Until a real study is done on this we won't know. Just from reading accounts of forums like this for a couple of decades, though, I can say that there seems to be no known way to predict eventual TG breast size other than to wait and see. I think pretty much anything can happen.

Larger breasts (when natural) are largely comprised of fat. For those (like me) with a high metabolism, gaining weight is difficult, so adding fat is difficult. For that reason, a small C does not protrude much, and it takes a good push up bra to create cleavage.

Mine shot up to almost a B very quickly. Then I hit a plateau. I haven't seen any noticeable changes in about 6 months.
