So I'm 6 weeks post op, and since I had early wound separation around my vaginal canal, I now I granulation tissue there! My gyno treated it w/ silver nitrate but I feel like dilating 3x a day is irritating it so much. I'm trying to not twist the dilator too much and take a sitz bath after each session. Also it stings badly when I urinate, since the swelling causes my pee to go on my labia. I'm scared it's never going to heal ??? Have any of you had success with treating granulation tissue?

I had a small amount of granularization at the base of my clit. It is basically gone now, after 3 silver nitrate treatments, it just takes time to heal and is sometimes painful. Best of luck to you!
