Hi everyone! I'm 6 months + on HRT, and my girls have been coming in for about 3 now. Been on progesterone for two now as well. They're certainly growing, and give me shape with a tight shirt now, but they seem so pointy. Is that normal? They really point out, in an almost cone-like shape. My sister thought it was weird too. Haha

My guess is it is still super early and they are taking shape as they should. Longer use of estrogen and progesterone should make them fill out.

My breasts grew rapidly and at about the 6 month point they were fairly pointy, then they began to round out and when i went on progesterone fairly recently, more rounding has occurred.

I've got the same experience following three months HRT. It does seem to be a common occurrence though at this stage. Hopefully they'll develop a better shape in the coming months...

   Haaaa a girly girl post, a real one. Been dreaming of this all my life. Anyway, I have THE answer to your question, it's called gravity! It's very slow acting but don't worry, it's also very inevitable. I've been on HRT for 4 1/2 years and it's just about settled for me but let me assure you your patience will be well rewarded and you will feel and look like a 14 years old, you know the 'pointing to the sky' droplet, 'hard as steel' 'like in the movies' type? That's what you'll get. And for me, it even helped to validate my identity, I call them my two little proofs.

Teen genetic girl breasts tend to be pointy in the early stages. The roundness happens over the period of puberty as the breast develops. But ultimately it comes down to genetics, some get rounder sooner than later, some stay fairly pointy up until the dreaded droop sets in...

Thank you for all your answers, girls! It's funny that I said that, because as of two days ago, they seem to be getting rounder. When I see myself shirtless in the mirror, I am looking at some genuine, if small, breasts. They are still a little cone-shaped, but maybe it's starting to happen!? D:

I was wondering about that myself of lately. I kinda figured it was normal so I didn't sweat too much on the details. But if it wasn't I'd be like what the hay?! I asked my mom and she just didn't want to answer the question. She always tells me if I'm having doubts I'm not truly who I am, but I keep telling her back that... I'm sure you had the same questions when you were growing up too and then she kinda shuts up after that. But she's coming around to seeing the real me so she doesn't seem to judge me about it anymore. I do agree though it's an experience to treasure and never forget so hold that dearly! ^^

   Next time she refuses to help you tell her she is responsible for your education and that if she doesn't want to help you you might end up on the street selling your body, doing dr... I know, this is manipulation of the worst kind but hey, it's legal, very feminine and it's part of the set of tools you're now allowed to use, ha ha! Hahahaa I actually have been on my own since I was 19. I managed to put myself through college taking 21 Credits a semester while working 45 hours a week @ A.O. Smith. I was put on a HRT at 21, but had to stop due to stress and other concerns about my intersex condition. Had to leave schooling to take care of grandma because she is kinda... man... what's the word for this... 'Ol...' she's a really older woman there we go.. LOL. To make the story short I have extremely bad luck and I can't say no to helping people. And I have poor choices in roommates let's just leave it at that, but 3 years later I eventually got back on HRT and have been having the best time of my life being who I am.

   What! are you saying you totaly took me for a ride? You are good baby but how am I supposed to believe you now, it's gonna take a long time to rebuild the trust in our relationship I hope you are aware of that! You're lucky that I really really like you because I've flushed people for much less than that, important people so if I were you, I'd be very very nice for a while and bla bla bla...

This is not my best one though, it's the 10 year old princess totaly offended because you said no to her and she cannot imagine what could have made you think you had the right to... AHHHH! And I make sure people think I'm serious for a minute or two so I can watch their reaction, hilarious but enough secret tactics for today.

Well all of that was true AND to this day I'm still working on reconnecting with my folks. But it wasn't exactly a runaround. I apologize if it seemed that way. But I dunno have you ever been raised by a very strict Conservative Republican Family? I'm sure for the most part many of us have. It's not easy accepting who you are and getting the proper help. And I'm very intelligent by any retrospective, but I also done some very stupid things in my life as well. But leaving home wasn't one of them and supporting myself I was able to gain real life skills to put to the table. I was able to live as I would without being told I couldn't do things that I knew was me. I had no one to hold me back + I was able to see my therapist + endocrinologist to help me with my transition. Believe me I'm one hell of a hard worker and I put both my life and my job on the line to succeed with that transition. Yeah, like I said I've made some terrible choices, but it all worked out in the end for the better. It really allowed me to see the world for what it was when I wasn't a mere football player about to go into the military straight out of school and college.

Agree that your breasts will round out, but in the meantime just enjoy the pointy shape. Maybe go to "What Katie Did" and purchase a small cup bullet bra.

Over two and a half years in, mine are still definitely growing. I'm a solid B-cup and in tanner stage 3-4. They've been mostly cone-shaped but past few months they've gradually been rounding out, mostly by flattening out a bit in the front. However, they're also in an awkward point where my nipples are turning inward a lil as the outer sides fill in more. I'm assuming eventually the inner sides will fill in too, and point my nipples back where they should be... For now, just awkward. But at least they've gotten to a good size and look like female breasts. :) I think Prometrium has helped a lot in their development too.
