There are quite a few ladies who use pellets. They're hugely satisfied with it... good results, low dosing maintenance, even levels... the only real down side is that you have to see a doctor every 3 to 5 months for the implant.
The closest that you'll get to pellets is injections. But you still have to break them out every couple weeks, but you can do it at home. I would have done pellets if it was offered by my physician... so shots it is for me... still not a bad option.
JennyGirl is a good person to talk with. And she had very very good results.

Congratulations! But, do not expect miracles. You can get disappointed. The most potent effect of HRT is the placebo effect

I guess it is all in your perspective... when taking hormones for the several years that transition takes, it can be pretty profound. Granted it's not plastic surgery, but it does make a difference.

I don't think I really agree with that.

Gratz and enjoy ;D
I'm still early on but the effects of HRT on me were nothing short of miraculous.
Physical stuff takes a while but swear I could feel the start of neurological rewiring/repairs within a matter of weeks and still ongoing.
Your own experience will be unique but expect it to be fun with noticing gifts when you least expect it.
Can look forward to first blood test so you can see the numbers changing the way you want, I love that part (strange but true).

I don't think I really agree with that.
You think hormones are going to
- make your hair regrowth
shrink your hands
shrink your feet
shrink you ribcage
give you a feminine voice
shorten a tall masculine face
get rid of a brow bossing
feminize the jaw bones?
I could go on and on...

Denya,
You have trolled this Forum under several names. I knew you were back and I gave you a chance.
But sadly you are a person who is just caught up in their own self hate.
I am banning you and I am posting this so people know why.
Never be discouraged, never give in, never so I cannot succeed.
If you do you end up bitter and twisted - maybe try that as the next of your user names?
Cindy
