Hi Jessica. Welcome to the site! How long ago did you realize that you were MTF? For me, I knew when I was like 15 but did not come to terms with that knowledge until I was 20 or so.  Now I am 30 and seeing a counselor to start HRT. 

Hi, Jessica!  There are quite a few active posters just starting HRT and related goodies.  I'm one, a late bloomer in my early 60s, out to my immediate family.

Thank you.  I have felt this way since I was about 12 or so, just never really had the courage to admit it I guess.
