Title: Breast augmentation nipple incision

Hey guys so I have breast augmentation scheduled very soon I'm getting saline implants around 500cc but my doctor wants to do the nipple incision? Now I told him I feel uncomfortable with this because I don't want to risk loosing nipple sensation also my breast buds are stored under the nipple so I don't want to damage anything to me it's just a risky spot and I would rather have a scar but he seems like he wants to do it his way since he specializes in the nipple incision the most. I'm really scared and wish I could do the armpit or something. Has anyone had a breast augmentation with a nipple incision? Most trans girls I know have gotten armpit incision. I would love to hear anyone's experience having the nipple incision I think it's called periareolar incision technique.

I think i read that nipple incision is easier for the surgeon. I'd be going somewhere else.

Yeah he specializes in face work maybe that's why he only wants to go through the nipple. Starting to regret choosing him.
