Title: Clone of someone else?

Have you ever seen someone you wanted to look exactly like? If your personality/mind/soul could be implanted into a clone of that person's body would you choose to do that? You wouldn't think like them or be them, you would just look exactly like them.

I have seen some women, of which I wouldn't mind having their features ... but, I have seen enough people that look too much like me. On the negative side, many of them were thieves and drug addicts. Right now, I like the way I look, and would never change it.

At least once a week, i'll see some girl and ache to look like her. I always think that if i could shapeshift just once, I'd turn into her immediately.

I see people daily I would gladly swap bodies for but as far as that perfect look goes, no. That only exists in my head and in my literature. Besides, being a clone of someone would cause far too many other problems! ;D

I'm sure most people have thought at some point they'd like to look like someone else. But what would you do if you met the person whose clone you were living in?

Nope. I may sometimes see a guy with a beard and think that's what I want but that's it. Or see someone a particular height and want that. I think I have an alright masculine body type (broad shoulders, muscular, cheekbones, jaw line) so I'm sort of ok with how I look.

I do see women that I would love to have their bodies but not their facial features.

That is a tough question. Even with this being a purely hypothetical kind of thing, there are definitely a few women I wouldn't mind looking like, but, ultimately I would have to say a female version of myself. I've already been on the business end of mistaken identity before and it was NOT fun in the slightest.

What happened when someone mistook you for someone else?

I was nearly arrested because I fit the description of someone who robbed a gas station convenience store. Luckily I had an airtight alibi since I was in a different one at that time (same chain) and the manager (and quite possibly the video surveillance) vouched for me. Again, it was far from fun.

That's unbelievable.

I'm not sure how far I would go to achieve that, if I could do it in real life. But I would like to look alike a few celebrities. E.g. Aidan Turner.

I'm so used to looking at me in the mirror - I think this is it.
