Recently on two occasions now, my daughter, who , has not been accepting of my transition, an hasn't wanted to see me dressed, has made comments to me and my wife about getting me a maids outfit for when I do the cleaning, She and my wife discussed the whole outfit, shoes, stockings, uniforms, etc. I was happily surprised what I was hearing.  Since she has said it twice, I believe she is serious. I agreed, if she bought it, I would be very happy to wear it. Slow, small steps.

I'm not sure that's meant to be flattering?

She's not accepting, but she suggests you dress up as a French maid to do the cleaning? Sounds more like she's taking the p*ss. I think you should continue doing the cleaning in the type of clothes everyone else does the cleaning in, and hope your daughter comes round to things in time. You know your daughter, I don't, so you know her motives, but personally I'd tell anyone who suggested I dress up as a maid to shove it.

Unless your wife and daughter also dress as maids to do the housework? Then you can all dress up together.

Yeeeeah...sounds pretty fishy to me tbh. I'd be wary.

I started wearing skirts even before the birth of my little daughter. Nowadays she sometimes applies manicure and pedicure for me in summer. Of course, sometimes she erases it, too. She is just playful. She thinks and acts like other ordinary adults around me.
