Another made the flying leap that strip clubs lead not only to more crime, drug abuse and prostitution but also to homosexuality. That reader wrote, "I suppose you also think homosexuals should have free rights, too, eh?"
I was happy to clarify that, yes, the whole lesbian-gay-transgender-transsexual community is composed of humans and that I'm for human rights; therefore, I'm for their rights.
