Hi,

During the SRS surgery the glands penis are cut in half and then each half is trimmed for size. One gland is placed toward the top of the Vulva (The vulva is a collective term used to describe the visible external genital organs, extending from the mons pubis to the perineum. The external genitalia consist of the clitoris and clitoral hood, and the labia majora and labia minor). This will become the clitoris. It is under the clitoral hood which is below the labia minor.

This is something you will have to ask each surgeon you are considering because they may take a different approach. What Rachael posted is one approach. Other doctors may reduce the size of the glans and use it for the clitoris or in my case, the glans was just repositioned to the location of the clitoris making a sensitive but not realistic and large clitoris. It's important to know all the details of the surgery you are considering so you won't be disappointed.
