Hey guys.
I know that The Rod (by Transthetics) is pretty new but I´m curious if anyone bought it yet.
They say that you can also wear it over your growth, as a packer and I´m wondering if that would be comfortable at all.
It wouldn´t work for me right now but it might be something I´d buy in the future.

Sorry, I haven't been on the site for quite a while.
Yes, I purchased the Rod. It is absolutely gorgeous. Perfection. For me, however, it didn't work. I have had meta and was fortunate to have significant girth. The Rod is described as being built for pre meta and post meta men. For me, it just didn't work. The outside is really tight, I think it fits the pre meta man better than the post meta man. The owner has not had any lower surgery himself. I do know that before he released it he did have post meta testers, though. Although I know there is an option to cut slits into the taut opening if you are on the larger side, I knew that even the inner diameter was too tight for me. But, when I pushed my penis in there and stood in the mirror, I was amazed. It looked incredible.
If I were pre meta, I would buy it in a heart beat if I was ok with not STPing. I think it is a risk to buy it post meta. It can't be returned. I think it would be better if he made two separate products.
With all that said, I am one of the lucky ones with meta who can stand to pee. I just had to try this thing out!

Wait, can you not STP with the rod at all? Or does it just depend on your anatomy?

For guys who are post-meta with urethral lengthening, provided it fits them, they can pee using the Rod. For guys who have not had any kind of bottom surgery, it would not be possible to use it to STP. It merely attaches to your growth and enhances the appearance of it.

I just found "the shorty" on ftmconnect. It's very similar to the rod just not as high quality and much, much cheaper. Think I'm going to try that one out first just to see if this type product would work my body. To scared of paying so much money for the rod and not have it work.

Hey guys- just wanted to see if anyone had updates on this product? I'm considering getting one but reviews seem to be scarse.

I am pret Meta and have a growth of around 3,5 cm. The rodlooks so darn good that it hurzs even more that it simply doesn't worl formy anatomy at all. It is popping off after (best) 2 minutes. It's simply my anatomy but I am very very sad about that. Try to sell it now as I didn't wear it for longer rhan 10 minutes all tovetber. Well..bad luck.
alex, the creator, however is a very nice guy, answers wuickly and tried his best to help.

I had meta. It is too tight on me. I have too much girth.

So far, I haven't heard anyone who the rod has worked well on. Funny because Alex's products are pretty reliable and I would totally expect the Rod to be another one. He made it look so easy in the video.

I have heard it work well for a few pre-op guys, but have yet to find someone post-op that it fits well on.

I know I'm late to this party but I'm pre op and the rod works great for me. It takes some getting used to and you definitely need some decent growth but I love mine.
