Last year, a team of researchers led by the University of Missouri determined that BPA can disrupt sexual function in painted turtles, causing males to develop female sex organs. Now, the team has shown that BPA also can induce behavioral changes in turtles, reprogramming male turtle brains to show behavior common in females.

This has absolutely nothing to do with BPA. God doesn't make mistakes. Those turtles are choosing to act this way.
It's all part of the great hard shelled homosexual conspiracy that has taken control of science and seeks to destroy aquatic society.
We need to immediately convene a Terrapene Inquisition to root out this rebellion against the almighty creater.

Very funny. Now if your conservative channeling could only launch more study of DES and any other hormones in our food and environment.

I'm eagerly awaiting Dr. McHugh's announcement of successful terrapin repairative therapy.

There has been lots of study done on all the endocrine disrupters and there is really no doubt that they are having this effect. What is still unknown is the precise mechanism that occurs in the brain.
No amount of study or proof will ever sway the thoughts of those who have an ideological stake in this anyway. One or the other has to be false. They are mutually exclusive things. Since their entire worldview rests on their ideology, guess which of the two things has to be false for them.
