Title: Injection tenderness?

Hello all! I got my first shot yesterday, and while the needle didn't hurt at all, I can definitely feel muscle ache. I'm wondering if this will happen everytime, or do the muscles adapt to the injections? Also. Even with the tenderness, it's fine to work-out and whatnot, correct?

Yes, it's normal and fine to work out.
I've found that being active before and after helps reduce the soreness. I was kind of a couch potato when I started T, and I was sore typically for 2-3 days after my shot. Now, I go for a run a few hours before my shot and I do leg workouts the day after, with no soreness whatsoever.
