Title: Urinating dysphoria

I know, the solution to urinating dysphoria is using an STP.
Except it does not alleviate any dysphoria for me - the urine still passes through certain places and sadly I´m too aware of it. I´ve tried using an STP that you can place closer to the urinary tract exit however this requires touching and is not so cool either.
Sometimes it just seems to me like I wildly exaggerate my dysphoria and most guys feel okay, if they just add an STP. I seem to have an extremely sensitive reaction to a lot of things and frequently even have a skin rash if I feel a little stressed, that goes to show...
Does anyone have the same problem? I try to workout a lot to get my mind off this issue and try to zone out whenever I take a piss but it´s pretty difficult.

When it comes to my body...I guess I just kind of...deal. Im weird since STPs and packers give me more dysphoria, theyre not an actual attachment to my body and it feels fake. Having what I do down there bothers me but I learned to live with it as an unmutable fact, getting a penis that doesnt have the natural functions of one would give me more dysphoria...
Nowadays the way I pee is always use th stall, lean forward a bit, and stand over the toilet, theres less touching involved and I can stand to do it

In my opinion, having to use the toilet at all (for both cis and trans), is an inconvenience that we put out of our minds usually because there's little good to say or think about it. I manage to put it out of my mind most of the time, and it's over in a few moments, and I imagine most people are thinking of pretty much nothing while doing it, and they aren't getting much of a kick out of it either. I can deal because of that. Another way I deal is knowing that everyone - men included - still gotta sit sometimes.
I can actually do it standing up but it requires more time and I just generally wanna get it done and leave.
