Hi All,

I am experiencing something which I cannot find any information on the internet about and thought I would ask here, I will do my best to describe it within the terms of use.

Background

I am MtF transgender, been on prescription hormones (E, P & S) for about 9 months, I was on internet purchased hormones for a few years before that (Prescription works much better BTW) I am at the higher end of the dosage range because I am not a petite girl. My test results come back almost textbook perfect.

Because I am not a petite girl and the effects of hormones my body part formally know as penis has shrunken to a point where it is inverted pretty much all the time, and I'm good with that.

With the use of Viagra I can achieve a semi-functional erection, however an erection is not required for orgasim. Orgasims are different in that the stimulation requited is much the same as a cis female and the ejacualte is much smaller and totally clear.

Question

My body part formally know as penis leaks a clear slick fluid (very reminiscent of precum in a previous life) pretty much all the time, there is no odor or taste, it is perfectly clear much like described earlier as my ejacualte. It is definitely not pee! I am not worried about it being a STD or anything, I am monogamous.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so I'd love to hear from you.

Yes that's totally normal. I think it's our cowper's gland or prostate doing that, not sure which one. I only get it when im aroused for a while.

I have a major issue with it..The doctor was  not concerned ( she did cross off all the usual suspects )
the issue i have.. is every time i pee.. its loaded with a lot of clear floaters..
and no matter what steps and precautions i take.. I end up loosing a bunch of pee when i tuck everything back in...
I really hope GRS takes care of it.. I am tired of wet underwear..

Thanks for the info, I suspected it was a boy part player but wanted to verify. Sspar, since I am inverted I too hold pee inside which winds up in my panties when I pee standing, when I pee sitting I do not have that problem. I think the pressure of the panty elastic under it while I'm peeing standing up cuts off the free flow holding some in reserve to christen my panties.

I have this problem too!! I don't have 2Wendy2's problem, with the clear fluid leakage, my problem is definitely pee. I am 8.5+ months HRT and take  spiro daily.

Almost every time I have to pee, whether I sit or stand, and no matter how much I shake, wiggle, and try to squeeze everything out (a la toothpaste from a tube) some more always seems to be trapped inside that leaks out after. It upsets me  :'(  It'll leak in bed, or in my underwear, or even because I like to hang out naked at home it'll suddenly drip on the floor or something. My partner's super understanding and doesn't get upset about it at all, but it bugs me, I feel embarrassed by it. It's never a LOT, but it's more than just a couple tiny drops. Always like a little 'squirt' that just lags behind the rest of the pee.

Wear panty liners. I did this pre-op for the last 3 years. It also helped keep everything tidy. Not there there was much! Now post op I have no choice but to wear pads. I'll see once things heal up if I still have my little mistakes. I may still wear panty liners.

My mom used to say "No matter how much you shake and dance, the last few drop go in your pants" Kinna takes on a whole new meaning now lol
