Hmm, it´s quite normal for breasts to be uneven. So not sure about yours is shrinking , one is just growing and another isent.

It's normal for them to be a bit bigger on the side of your dominant hand, my right boob is slightly bigger as well and most girls I've known are the same way.
It has to do with the muscles getting used more on that side I would suppose

Go to Walmart or sporting goods store, buy a small bike tire pump attach to nipples and inflate for balance. Check with you Dr about PSI rating.........Just kidding.

My left breast is slightly bigger than my right, ( I'm right handed) but it may be due to my slight scoliosis. That's just how breasts are sometimes. I've been on HRT for 5 years now. They've evened out pretty well. But only I can really tell one is bigger than the other. It's nothing to beat yourself up over. Look on the bright side: at least you have breast now, right? Lol

I am right handed and my left breast is bigger and better formed than my right, although that seems to be catching up and changing slowly. I suspect I will still end up with them uneven...I have heard my wife and daughters grumbling about the same thing...

My left is a bit bigger but I am just starting out, three month plus into the magic pills. Robin, I want to thank you for the tire pump idea, I had never thought of that. Wow, almost infinite adjustability, such possibilities! Yes, I know that you were only kidding but it is kind of a neat idea.

At almost 1 year, my left is a solid B and my right is an A+. My doctor said it is completely normal and will likely stay proportionately this way throughout the development.

Add me to the asymmetry club. My left is a smidge bigger than my right. Almost not noticeable except for those in my house that obsess with such things. (that would be me)
Very common in CIS women too. Often it corrects itself

Left is closer to the heart. Really. I read that it's more common to have the left breast larger due to slightly more blood flow. Certainly is on my partner. FWIW.

Gah! That must suck :embarrassed: However it's totally normal for breasts to be uneven. My left is fuller compared to the right. As long as your nipples aren't sinking in then you have nothing to be alarmed about.

Same here, right is bigger than left. I have been on HRT for 2 years now and last year both breasts were about even. Now they are slightly uneven. We shall see what happens after another year. If the asymmetry is pronounced, I could always get different size implants to even things out.

My left is slightly bigger than my right. It's not by much though. My left is a large c and the right is a smaller c. It doesn't bother me, I'm just happy that they are there.

Its actually quite common to have one breast bigger than the other.. It happens a lot with cis-girls as well.
My right breast grew quicker than my left one... but now years later.. they are both solid D's.. My right breast is still a little bigger, but its not noticeable.

I had slightly asymmetrical breasts, too. Both in size and nipple position. I recently had breast augmentation surgery, and my surgeon was able to correct both. If you look at the B&A pictures of implant patients on plastic surgeons' websites, you will see that many of the girls have some breast asymmetry. If BA is in your future, it's a good time to discuss with a surgeon what can be done to improve the appearance of your breasts.

It's normal to be uneven sizes. My cis GF is like that. I started out with a larger left breast, then the right one got bigger, now the left one is bigger.

My right is noticeably smaller than my left. I attribute that to playing acoustic guitar for 40 years. Lots of leaning there. I do exercises to even them out a little, it seems to help

I am quite worried by my breasts. They are SO small, like a Tanner Stage II. My nipples are noticeably larger and look perky if I wear a tight shirt with no bra, but my boobs are practically non-existent and I have been on Androcur, Estrogen for 16 months. He added recently Finasteride and Provera to make my breasts grow but it's not making difference. Overall my body is quite feminine, with a round butt, cute tighs, feminine voice and face; however I am really disappointed in my breast growth.

It seems that you are one of the unlucky trans women whose breasts don't respond well to hormone therapy. If you have plateaued at an A or small B cup, I would suggest that breast augmentation be considered. Be sure to look into the 5th generation silicone shaped (gummy bear) implants. They are your best option when you have very little natural breast tissue because they maintain their anatomical shape to give a natural looking bust. They should be placed beneath the pectoral muscles, or subfascially if you are very thin. Stay away from the round smooth saline and silicone implants which depend on your having enough natural breast tissue to provide for a natural breast shape.

If I could have nice size "C" breasts I would not try to hide them.
