Hi all,
I have been on hormones for about 19 months. I take patches for my hormones but I don't think they are working well or fast enough. Before that, I was on pills. My face, hair and boobs are doing alright but my body still looks male but with more fat on it especially the legs and tummy. My E level was about 120 I think what the doc told me. What do you think?

I think you are doing just fine. If you want a smaller waist, then you have 2 options. Diet and/or surgery.
I have lost over 100 pounds and my weight loss diet is mainly vegetables.
Surgical options include liposuction and tummy tuck.
Try the diet first.

Often the menus have diet meals on them. Most of the better restaurants will work with you if they have the what they need in a kitchen. Once we were entertaining some customers from out of town and took them to a steak hours. One member said he was burned out on meat and ask for a dinner salad. The waiter came back with a really nice salad that wasn't on the menu and I almost would have had instead of my prime rib. Ask for the dressing on the side if you go this route so you can limit the calories from the dressing.

Maybe use diet as advised and go on sports(exercise). Unfortunately in modern world there is no magic pills, that could in few month help you to lose weight(

Thanks for the advice. It feels really frustrating especially when you see trans women on Youtube go from non feminine looking to feminine looking in a short time.
