I've been on hormones for almost a year and all I have is between an A cup and B cup. Ik there's surgery, but I'm not that interested in Breast implants. I was just hoping that hormones would make me atleast a b cup since every woman in my family is either a C cup or B cup.

Likewise.. aside from the relative aspect. Also waiting for the surgeon to assess but worried that I will be denied coverage because they are more than AA, which is a bit stupid considering my frame is bigger.

Almost all trans i know in real life report that the biggest natural breast growth spurt was between year 1 and 2. There is still hope to reach what you desire.

I think you have to wait and see for at least two years. Compared with a trans girlfriend of mine, my boobs were also relatively smaller and the cis women in my family invariably have cup D or E. Turned out my friend had something going wrong with her prolactose levels, causing unnaturally fast growth. Her dose of estradiol was halved.

So do they keep hurting for all these years until they completed growing? My nipples are constantly hard now, these disks formed themselves and they're all sensitive. Especially at nighttime, they are quite painful.

It can take time and in some cases it can even take more than two years. It's one of the things we really do have to patient on. Even one of the mods after many years of no hormones and having been on hormones for many years before is now seeing growth. Hugs

Angélique, this is truly one of those things that will not be rushed without surgery. I was underwhelmed at months 4-6 and figured I would be getting augmentation sooner than later. Every one of my sisters at 2+ years told me HOLD OFF! They all urged patience and I am gladly a yielding to their advice. Month 6 to 12 has produced a 1" drop in band size and a full cup in development. Something to consider, breast development is not linear, but comes in bursts and spurts.
Naomi, mine have been sensitive and hurting for 8 months solid. Some days are work than others, but the pain is there always. I have had two exams thinking something is wrong. Finally, my endo told me to stop worrying. It is just a sign that things are moving along. It never hurts to have a chat with your doctor, regardless.

I think you meant to say PROLACTIN levels which become high as estradiol levels rise. Mine have been anywhere from 80-130 ng/ml and these numbers are perfectly normal considering my estradiol levels are high too. Despite this, my breasts remain quite "petite". :(

It's only been ONE YEAR. It can take 5-7 yrs for breasts to become fully mature and sometimes, a change in hormones can help. What you need is PATIENCE.

There is a thread(s) containing the words Wiley protocol and www.susans.org (you may have to google it, as the forum search engine does not work properly). Look for my explanations under my user ID for more information. It's worked for me. I am post-orchie 10 years, on hormones for 18+ years, and I started cycling estradiol about 3 cycles ago (28 days), adding in progesterone in the previous cycle ( I am in week 2 of the 4th cycle). My breast growth really took off during the second half of the first cycle. I now have more development than ever before and have had to make adjustments to living with them (where I go and my arms reaching around them).

I have enjoyed watching my hopes and desires change as my transition clanks and clangs along this journey. When I started dressing I was using forms that gave me a 36C presentation and kind of liked the look. Now four plus months into hrt I have developed an almost full 36A presentation and I am really beginning to like this appearance. Looking at what my mother and sister had in earlier years, I am a bit afraid of getting to even a cup or two smaller than them. An A to B cup on my frame fits my style and I don't know what I would do with more. Good luck in achieving your desires.

I don't know I have been on hormones and more than minimal spiro for only 2 3/4 months. I now take double doses of Spiro. For 25 years I've been on the minimum dosage. I just checked and I passed the pencil test. That's taking your breast and wedging a pencil between it and your body. According to the claims if it stays. It's time to get a bra. I wish I could explain to you what I used to tell my first wife. I may do it in a pm. It is a little raunchy.

Yes, you're quite right, LACTINE it is. I don't know what her exact blood levels were, but the way I understood it is that something was wrong them, her breast growth was too fast. So I have the opportunity to keep up with her ;)

The site search engine is working fine, it searches the area you are currently in. Searching for "Wiley protocol" from the board index produces numerous results. Searching from the index page searches the entire site.

Replace "hormones" with "puberty" and you're saying what 90% of girls have said since, like, ever.
