The Hips and hour glass look of a woman's body would be perfect, I don't think I could settle with just one body part.

1. Hour Glass Body
2. Breasts
3. Vagina

Those are the only three things that I really want to have, is that too much to ask? lol

There is only one thing I need to complete me ... a vagina.

i want those curves and bigger breasts!

I already have small (B cup) but naturally growing breasts, which is wondeful. :) If I could wish for one thing, it would be a vagina. Male genitalia get in the way. Not comfortable. :(

I would also pick vagina. Some curves would be nice too... Third place will be breasts. I guess two and three may come with HRT to some level...

Nice breasts, genitals, lack of facial and body hair, voice, and nice body shape are all desirable.  However, with proper genitals you can always take advantage of all female facilities and activities.  If questioned you can always respond back, "I belong here, would you like to check my genitals?".

I'm 60 years old male that wishes I would of started when I first dressed in female clothing at 10! Darn how time flys! Every woman I have married knows i am female trapped in a male body. Love my children but it's been hard! I appreciate all those that come out. I have and am still scared to come out even though I have b breasts. A bra on and a thong that I tuck my junk in to feel feminine! Thank you for being you!!!

Hips...  nothing says woman to me more than shapely hips... I could be flat chested but still be the happiest girl in the world with nice shapely hips and of course a tiny waist!  You might say I have hip envy....  giggle. 

Vagina

A number of people have said vagina but I'll offer a slight twist.  I would be willing to trade my penis for a clitoris. While penetrative sex is fun I have no real need either to penetrate or to be penetrated. Simple contact is sufficient.

I have always envied women for their breasts. Now I have my own, small but they're still growing.
A pretty head of hair would be next followed by an hourglass figure.

  Oh heck just pass me that magic pill that completely turns me into a young girl so I can experience growing up into a woman.

Since almost everything else is technically possible from HRT or with surgeries, I would say a proper pelvic bone and rotated hips.

My self, just being born a woman would of been nice. No choice body but just being born with the right junk would of been easier than the mind fight I go through every day! Don't get me wrong! Life is a wonderful journey! We are stuck with what we have. My breasts are A's and that helps! Love dressing up and looking feminine make me feel semi-normal!
Lot to do to transition for me at 61. One step at a time! My inter self helpings to guide me to being the best I can be with what I have! Lol

I have the hourglass, the breasts, the hips, the vagina.  What would I ask for?  Working ovaries/uterus and correct chromosomes.   Then I'd be finished..

For me, it would be the hips and body shape!
In about a year, it will become a reality, I can't wait^^

Ok, sticking to one part... and X chromosome to replace the (why?) chromosome.

Breasts.
Legs.
Buttocks
Firm breasts with erect nipples.
Long athletic legs.
Small round buttocks.

First and foremost a vagina, both for sexual reasons and for clothing. Being able to wear skirts, dresses, and loose clothing in public without fear of a bulge or an unwanted erection would be incredible. Plus panties would be far more comfortable in the front.

After that it would be for my face to look especially feminine.

Third would be breasts. I actually prefer somewhat smaller breasts and would be ok with a B-Cup.

Vagina and natural breasts.

I am a real woman :)

If i had to get parts from some cis-women, it would probably be smaller shoulders, maybe some facial changes.

Face of course. The most beautiful and feminine face in the world.

The rest can be fixed more easily ;)

I guess the original intention of the post being 'which part of female body', do you want?

The only part that will make me delirious beyond belief, would be to have a functioning reproductive system.

I wanted to have children and long story short, because of my condition that was not possible.  The emptiness, longing and hurt in my life of not having children will haunt me forever.

There are lots of other attributes that I would like however the main ones are, smaller feet, slightly smaller face and breasts looking a little more natural, would be very nice, although not necessary, would be a nice touch.

I definitely would love to get rid of my testicles and penis.

I would welcome breast and nice curves, but most of all I would want a vagina.

A female brain with all of its female instincts and learned experiences of being female would be good.  That would aid MTF transitioning.

As we are dreaming here, let's throw in a perfectly healthy body, with boundless energy, that is gorgeous in every way imaginable!

Waist and Hips.  Can I add in legs?  The guy part of me hasn't ever been much of a breast guy, he was bottle fed.  But waists and hips?  That's always where his eyes go first. And then the legs.

I would say, aside from the reproductive organs, a thin, curvy body.  I've always struggled with my weight (the doctor's have told me that I am genetically disposed to weight being added, so I'm not one of those ones where it's added because of laziness, it's genetics).

For me the most important was having a vagina, breasts, and 3rd a nice butt with a thin waist.
2 out of three ain't bad.

Having a vagina would be the holy grail for me- a few other things too!

I'd really love the intimate bits but without surgeries or meds the thing I want most and is currently achievable is nice skin, especially the face. Followed by a flat tummy.
(Praise me girls...I've lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks and I'm 12 5 now. Below 12 is the target and close to 11 5 is the dream...then I'll get my belly button pierced).

Very clear for me, if on y one, my genitals. As the rest of the girls say, if I can have vagina and ovaries, perfect, otherwise, genitals would go first.
After that, maybe Face and curves.

I love playing with my penis but would love to have a vagina to know what it felt like.
To have so many orgasms. I love how women can have multiple orgasms.
Of course breast would be nice.

If I may be ambitious, everything between the scalp and the knees ;)

Only one thing. That is GRS, still waiting for first GIC appointment after over 5 years.

For me I'm aiming for more curvy...I like a slightly plus type figure but with curves in all the right places. Guess it's a less popular ambition, but just what I like.

To be honest I'll wait until I grow the features I want...it's really just a personal thing that I feel better with my features all being part of my body. Totally cool for you and others if you can use pads to get what you're looking for though 😊. I use a tiny bit of padding on breasts occasionally though.

I would love to do facial feminization surgery. I know it's not a "female part" like breasts etc., but being able to look like a woman without loads of makeup would be so awesome.

I obviously wish I was just born female but if I had to pick one thing (besides the obvious of reproductive stuff), it'd be shoulders. I have such broad shoulders and I hate it. I feel like I'm that meme of Of Mice and Men. I've never even been able to crossdress in private without getting disappointed by how big my frame is. I have seen a few girls who got clavicle/shoulder reduction and it seems like it works, which is good to know.

In large part because of my age, I tend to view myself through my imagination and avoid mirrors. I do have modest breasts (thanks to HRT I was advised to suspend last October). Losing weight and resuming HRT are my goals for this year. I will be happy with whatever way my appearance changes.
