Title: The beginning - the good, the bad and the ugly

Hi all
Before I jump into this, I'd like to thank all the girls here for the incredible info I've gotten so far... it really answered most of my questions and put my insecurities to rest.
Now, as I'm writing this, I'm maybe 10 days into my HRT with a low dose of E and spiro. This is a temporary dose for 2 months until I get my bloodwork done and hopefully get my dose increased.
Now here's a bit more about me.. im close to turning 27, 6'1 and 140lbs. I really look more or less like a twig with a bit of muscle.
This is what I've got to work with.

So what's the good, the bad and the ugly... what changes could I expect to see, what will remain the same and what could I do to work towards more feminine look. I wish I had actual boobs at the moment, but what I've got on in the image is a padded sports bra. =(
As for the face, it's kinda disaster area... being underweight, my cheeks have become really sunken and more or less look dead... hopefully I'll get to put on some weight once the hormones kick in and fill in the many numerous holes.

The good: Your torso, from your waist to hip ratio, the slightness of your shoulders, your tush. This is really a good starting point. And you've already grown out your hair somewhat, so this should all be pleasing.
The bad: As you rightly point out, you're underweight and this leads to the exposure of your skeleton and musculature. It's most pronounced in your forearms and hands, and all those veins popping out are very masculine. The good news is that putting on weight will help with this, especially once you're on a higher dose of HRT (the mods will undoubtedly erase your specific dosage, as that's verboten here). But even a low dose can start to deliver modest results.
The ugly: Seriously, a Sergio Leone reference?
In the meantime, you might want to consider some long-sleeved tops, but still nicely fitted to show off your waist. Also, don't curl your hands in at the wrist. Keep your wrists straight, or even slightly bent out -- it'll break the line the of your long arms, making them look less pronounced. Likewise, curling your fingers in makes you look like you're about to form a fist. Finally, keep all that skin moisturized.
And, of course, start working on your voice and attending to facial hair removal.

Just let them hang relaxed. There's enough natural curl to relaxed fingers to make them look shorter.
Also, when your arms are hanging loose, rotate them so your palms (and the interior of the elbow) are facing forward. This will naturally tuck your elbows into your body and create an open (less threatening) presentation, as well as helping to tuck the shoulders back, making them seem less broad.

Thank you all for the encouragement =). And I'll work on the arms. But one thing that I'm insecure about are my shoulders. I find them too broad... and being as bony as I am, I have doubts there's gonna be much of a change. My only salvation would be to hope that I get enough fatty deposits around my hips to balance the figure out.

Or wearing lose fitting tops with sleeves and stay away from muscle shirts. I have the same issues and every top I own has sleeves.

You really have great bones to work with. Try not to worry about your shoulders. Larger framed cis women often have broader shoulders but you've got an awesome hip to waist and chest size going for you. I'm also jealous ;)

You have a figure with great potential. Your shoulders are fine. Just stay away from sleeveless tops. They emphasize the broadness of your shoulders. With a cute fem-cut t-shirt or a girly top, no one will notice your shoulders.
