So basically I'm supposed to take two estrogen tablets a day I always take one in morning but I always forget my other one at night! I now set an alarm on my phone for it but I've been only taking one tablet for a week now do you think this has the ability to masculinize me or it'll just slow down my feminization? I'm not sure if it's safe to just drop ur dosage like that?

I know exactly what you're talking about. I was the same boat until I found this app: https://medisafe.com
I think it's free and I couldn't live without it anymore. It keeps reminding you until you confirm that you took the pills. It's a boob safer ;-)

It might slow down your feminization a bit but a week one way or the other isn't going to make much difference. When possible, I like to take my pills with meals however I have used the alarm trick when I was caring for others with a difficult medication schedule.

Or you might ask your doctor to prescribe injections/pellets instead where you don't have to remember to the same extent (i.e. weekly to every few months). ;)

Just to illustrate how doctors can be different, my initial prescription was for one spiro tablet twice per day and two E2 tablets once per day. go figure...
