Title: Quick breast development ?

I have been on an estrogen patch for just shy of three weeks. Last week on a monthly measurement check, everything was the same except my bust. That had increased by an in hand as of today, you can add another quarter inch to that. My underbust hasn't changed at all. I most say that this has surprised me. I am in my fifties and have yet to start on an AA. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

they were the first things to change for me but it's kind of a false start
within a few weeks I remember noticing being further out and pointy. That was it for a long time though, just enough that I had to immediately wear compression daily.
Good luck

Nope, I can't say that I have encountered anything like that. Took months upon months to see progress with my transition. I am also on shots not patches. So I have no real reference. All I can say is "Awesome! & Congratulations! "

There's this (wrong, based on my own experience reading anecdotal evidence) idea that because you are older, results won't be as good. I actually find older women often get significantly better breast growth than younger women, excluding those that take hormones during puberty and even then. There are so many factors at play, the amount prescribed, the concentrations of androgens in the body, sensitivity, metabolism, stress levels, eating habits, fat tissue, etc.
I say forget how old you are and expect the unexpected! :)

I was years on HRT and thought I had all the development that was possible for me. After being off HRT for 10 years, I returned to modern HRT about 10 months ago. I was hoping for some gain in the facial area as I looked gaunt but I was comfortable with an A sized breast. At half a transition dosage and relatively low blood levels, my breast have been aching and I have gained at least a cup size. Age appears not to be a factor in how you will develop.

I'm about a week behind you on starting hrt and maybe 10 years older. I'm on E2 tablets, not a patch and have taken spiro at a low dosage for nearly six years. I've not noticed any physical changes, though I thought my face was a lot less oily only to realize that happens in the winter.
All the best,

I was already seeing growth within barely two weeks of starting on E. I'm approaching 3 months now, and it's been steadily increasing every day.

I started on patches with no AA, and I had breast buds, soreness, and visible growth within the first week. It was a bit of a shock. :) Enjoy the ride!

My breast growth was pretty rapid - 22 months later i am a D cup. Everyone is different because of genetic factors etc
