Title: Getting letters of recomendation for GRS
Post by: PrincessLulu on December 07, 2016, 10:29:16 AM
Hi everyone my employer sponsored health plan has finally included transgender related healthcare, exciting i know since i can afford to get the surgery done early 2017. My question is in regards to the documentation.. Does anyone know what this is referring to so i can direct my therapist in the correct direction.

2.    Both letters must include all of the information listed in IIC.  ( What is the IIC and how do i see what information is needed)

It's the WPATH Standard of Care

A google search should find a free copy somewhere.

Yes it is just the WPATH standards of care. Not really a big deal and the letters are actually not that hard to get to be honest. You will get there. Hugs
