Sorry I don't usually do this. I'm a patient person. But my nails are just running out :)
I first contacted gendergp.co.uk on Nov 27th. I learned about their services after reading it in a post by @meganjames2 so thank you heaps for that!!! ^^. Their responses very really fast for some days, they sent me a couple of PDFs and then they explained me how the overall workflow is going to be. On Dec 1st (Thursday last week) they sent me some ~50 questions, and I answered them all that same evening.
I understand they need to study my long email and I wasn't expecting an email last Friday, or even last Monday, but it's been already one week and I haven't heard of them again. Question to the few of you that have worked with them: is this normal? Or I should ping them? It's a trait of mine that I don't like to be too pushy on people so I thought about asking here first instead of annoying them...
Thanks!

Sometimes they did take a few days to respond to my messages, but no harm in politely asking them for an update. X

If its been a week, i'd send a reminder email and/or give them a call. They wont mind and things have been known to go astray. Funnily enough at the same stage for me. Sent in the questions, sent a follow-up, and after waiting some more when i called up Katie thought she was waiting for me to send in the questions and had no record of my emails, but things all got sorted out.

Thank you both. I'll write tomorrow morning so my message is fresh new in the mailbox instead of being mixed with other potential stuff that might have come during the weekend.

Oh, thanks for asking!
Yes they replied quickly on the next day. Now, payment is done and I'm expecting contact from their counsellor.
Things are going to halt at this point because I'll spend one full month in Spain for holidays. I asked for any chance of attending their lab during this week for having blood tests done, but their answer is taking a bit again. This time, however, it doesn't matter because even if they replied today, there is no material time left—I'm leaving tomorrow.
Maybe I could get my blood tests in Spain (in spanish :)) but I'm not sure they would be fine. I'll ask on my next email.
So, next chapter on Jan 16th at the earliest.

I talked with my GP and she was happy to request all the blood tests via the NHS, but I did have to pay £10 a time for a copy of the results as they were for private use.

A sworn translation of tests in Spanish works for them. Appointment on Jan 4th to have them done.
However yesterday I had a chat with a counsellor and this morning Helen emailed me that the counsellor felt that I could benefit from exploring my feelings for a bit longer before "rushing" into HRT.
To say I'm sad is an understatement :(

I'm changing fast. I've always been a comformist, and if I have to accept a blunt reality, well that's it. However this time I sent an email challenging that decision. I could barely recognise myself the day after, when I read the email I had sent.
She agreed HRT would do me good :) Blood tests next week ^^ To say I'm happy is an understatement.

I think they like to see a positive mental commitment, and it sounds like you certainly gave it to them. Good luck. X
