The wife and I talk a lot, and she is reluctantly coming to grips with the fact I'm going to do anything at all. So, something to satisfy my needs and not freak her out too much, an orchiectomy is on the discussion list with the doc

she says "OH-NO-ectomy!?" in a sentence
and now that's the easier word for her to pronounce than the more medically correct, preferred version.
I love her, I do, and we're working to get there, or HRT, or both.

Good luck with it all Dolo. I really hope it goes well for you. Having a partner who travels with you on the journey is an amazing thing.
