Dr. Kathy Rumer and Dr. Christine McGinn are two that are well known for top surgery up there. I think Rumer does care credit but I'm not sure about insurance. My friend was supposed to go to her and they told him they took Cigna but then they told him a few months later that they didn't. Not sure about McGinn but I think she takes insurance.

Kathy Rumer*
Howard Caplan*
Sherman Leis*
Christine McGinn
Samina Wahhab
* = accepts insurance, but you would need to contact their office to see if they accept your insurance.
Rumer and Leis are the two most well known who take insurance. I know for a fact that Leis is willing to work with just about any insurer out there, so while Rumer may be the best option you have IMO, Leis may give you fewer issues.

I just talked to Dr. Rumer's office. They don't currently accept medicare, but they are working to get certified with pa medicaid. they currently have a wait list of people to call when the certification goes through.
