Wow Lucy you are like in with both feet!  It seems we more often hear from folks agonizing about am I trans or why I can't quite make it out.  You dear girl must have plenty to share and there seems to be a lot of good listeners right here.

Welcome aboard!

Hi there Lucy! ,
Ottawa,Ont. here,  I was always clear about my surgery as well, I know the new popular view about GCS is that its not absolutely necessary for some but for me (who ended up in the hospital bc I tried to do my own at a point of desperation [which was obviously stupid in hindsight]) It was and is an important part of feeling more like myself!  blessings! Thanks everyone for the support. I had to go through a lot of obstacles in my life. Even in the surgeries, I am having setbacks which is defeating my morale. I need your support.

BTW I am from Ontario. Glad to meet you all.

Lucy, If you ever feel you'd like to chat, since we live in the same province, send me a pm ! Im not big on support groups (I had bad experiences in the past with them) and I have a few trans friends but they are my friends first and not bc they happen to be trans! hugs! Julie
