Went for my first pedicure / manicure yesterday and it was such a wonderful experience i'm going back. Soon. Next on the bucket list. Getting my hair styled. So far have endured six electrolysis sessions. Ouch. Feeling better in my own skin everyday. Even the dangly stuff does not bother me anymore, I've adapted. I still can't overcome my size, weight and big feet. Baby steps. Still could not wipe the smile from my face after 4 1/2 months on hrt. After years of no sexual function, I am beginning to feel again and it is so much better than the hurry up and get it done technique I used before. I never thought I could feel pleasure without an erection. Boy was I wrong.  I don't think I have ever been as aware of my body as I am right now. I don't know if someday this may be taken away. In a way it is like Tantric sex the more I touch the better it feels and the less I concentrate on the act itself but increase the pleasure. One side effect that surprises me is that I can have multiple orgasms that are very intense. Much better than one and done. Anyone have similar experience?

Since I don't have a boyfriend, and haven't had my GCS yet I find that a vibrator can be a girl's best friend.
Really taking a hit on the electric bill tho.

I can't speak from personal experience, but one lady from the local support group told me that she had four full-body orgasms in a row.  She thought, "Wow, I'd better lie down!"  At which point she had five more!

Being still pre-HRT, I can only hope.  :)

I was skeptical HRT can actually alter the way the brain and body experiences it, but it's true, it does.
