'Downtown indie bookstores A Room Of One's Own and Rainbow Bookstore Cooperative offer some politically charged fare during the next two weeks. Events kick off with Julia Serano reading from "Whipping Girl: A Transsexual Woman on Sexism and the Scapegoating of Femininity" at 6 pm tomorrow at A Room Of One's Own, 307 W. Johnson St.'
