Welcome to Susan's Place. If you are an UK citizen, the government will provide treatment through the health care system. The disadvantage is often there are long waits before you can start the program but wait times vary depending where you receive treatment.  If you are not a citizen, you will need to go private. I am unsure how the costs compare in either country so I am unable to provide you with numbers.
