Title: Got a Good Gaff?

Hi all,
So, I've been working on my body dynamics and letting my self move in a more natural way. (No more 'walk like a man' bull.)
I naturally bend and turn from my hips instead of my lower back and I've been finding that my pelvis is gradually rotating forward as I let my muscles readjust.
The problem I'm having is my testicles keep getting in the way. :P They are 'riding higher', but because of gravity, years of improper posture and a mild hernia, they aren't quite high enough.
I've sewn and wear a gaff, based on a womens pantie pattern (Lycra Spandex outer with Egyptian cotton liner) and this helps allot. The trouble is I move allot at work and my penis tends to go forward from the tucked position. I don't want to shave so I can use tape, and bending my penis that way is a bit uncomfortable anyway.
I've been doing some exercises that will help keep my testicles tucked, but that is a slow process and I'm not sure it will be completely effective.
What I would really like is a gaff that keeps my testicles in the tucked position, while letting my penis go free. It has to work with dynamic movement and be all-day comfortable. I'm not using it to pass, so fashion isn't a concern, nor are 'pantie lines' as I'm still wearing boy jeans at work.
I don't have enough free time to experiment allot with making and testing my own design, and I can't find one in any of my searches, so I was wondering if anyone heard of anything like this? If so do you have a sewing pattern?
Thanks!

Shapewear briefs work well for me.

Thanks Kathy Lauren!
I didn't even think of using something like that.

Control-top panty hose, one size too small. Cut off the legs.

I think I'll try something like that as well. It really sucks, my penis is not really a problem for me, but testicles are just plain annoying. I'd gladly have them removed, you wouldn't even have to pay me.

I honestly thought the OP was asking about the quality of our homes; that's what 'gaff' means in the UK. It appears I may have misunderstood the topic & accidentally strayed into unfamiliar territory! :o
So yes, I have a lovely gaff thanks. It's very spacious and I've hosted lots of parties in my gaff. The garden could do with a trim though. :D

Oh, I've had one of those too, after gynae surgery. Or isn't that what we're talking about? :D
You can actually see one of my gaffs in my avatar pic. It's right behind me. ;)
