Title: Was my top surgery botched?

The reason i ask this is because unlike what ive see in other peoples photos, my chest isnt just a normal flat. One side is a tad concave at the bottom like he removed too much, before it hits the scar, and the other side not only folds over a tiny in one spot below the nipple, but around the nipple its all bunched up... The surgeon says that it should straighten out within a year and its normal but i dont feel like it is and its been a few months with no changes at all...
He said if, on the rare chance, it doesnt flatten out and such, hed go back in and correct it but if he botched it up that badly, i dont think hed be skilled enough to correct it. Hes one of the very few surgeons that do this surgery in my state and they claimed to do them plenty but with how mine looks, and the fact that he kept insisting on the one with the scars at the bottom, rather than keyhole like i kept asking about, it makes me think he lied... (I had a very small chest. Didnt even have enough to fit into an a cup bra so the keyhole would have worked for me.)
Im worried that this could be a screw up on the surgeons part and that itll end up somehow being permenent or something...

There is not a direct upload option. People upload them on other sites like Photobucket or imgur and paste a link. This is also handy, as you have the ability to take them down whenever you want.

Hey so I'm sorry you can't upload a picture. My chest took a good few months to get to where it quit sorting itself out. Give it time. You can always talk with your surgeon about a revision if you're not happy after some time.

You can always crop your face and all that out if you decide to post a photo. I think it would be easier for us to see what you're talking about with one. Don't be shy or ashamed about your chest on here. We're here to give you advice :)
I'm about 2 1/2 years post op and I'm still healing. I know a few months may seem like quite a long time but, it's not for such an invasive surgery. So it's very possible too that you may still be swollen.

Like others have said, it's hard to say without a visual. But bunching around the incisions is pretty common at the beginning, and it should flatten out with time. For reference, this is what my incisions looked like the first month or so (the second picture is about a week later), and now they're completely flat.

Who was your surgeon? It is a little suspicious that he was so insistent on DI, usually they only try to steer you away from that if you're on the larger side. Maybe he's just not as experienced with it? Also, I don't know how recently your surgery was, but keep in mind it can take up to a year for everything to heal completely, so what it looks like at the beginning probably won't be the final result.

I've heard of post-surgery skin issues called "dog ears", and that they are common, and that if you have an issue with them not going away you should be able to get them revised.
