Congrats, Michelle!  I take back all of those things I said about you, except for the ones where I was grateful for your guidance, inspiration and humorous take on life. 

I look forward to more of your wisdom, humility and sensitivity is helping us to navigate the turbulent waters ahead.  And I do secretly hope that you have to yell at someone, at least one person who slips up.   ;)
