I did not. I was already fairly flexible though.

Sigh No I cannot claim that. At 64 I'm getting more aches and stiffness, can't bend over and touch the toes, etc.
Flexible - no, old - yes

Yes but only because I'm working on it. However, I'm finding the girls are starting to get on the way. I kinda like that but I hadn't expected it so fast.
