I know I keep posting here cause I'm just after surgery but 😂 I'm not even sorry this is what this sites for but I do appreciate the answers and advice! Basically I had surgery 4 weeks ago and my camel toe game is still very strong 😒 Is this due to swelling? Will it ever change?

That would be a good question for your doctor. At 4 weeks it possible to still have swelling and the skin could still tighten up a bit. On the other hand, PI surgery normally has a revision associated with it in order to touch up the appearance. The revision is normally an option, one which I haven't done.
I really didn't understand the question at first so I googled it and found that CIS woman have the same issue and there are pictures with their shape showing through their clothes.
