Hi! :D
So just last night I painted my nails for the first time. I had them painted a really aggressive blue and I really liked the way they looked. I was kind of excited to show the people at my school what for and demonstrate that I can and will present as I want. Then I realized I have three performances this week and I can't get away with painted nails for any of them. =_____="
So I had a little bit of two steps forward, one step back. Have you guys and gals had any recent experiences of two steps forward, one step back?

Actually I think you took two steps forward and no steps back.
Most of us go back and forth constantly. I used to paint my nails Thursday at 5:00pm and take it off at 10:00pm.
Just putting it on and being outside is, IMO, two steps forward. Next time it will be easier.
P.s. if it was dark, I hope you put on a liberal clear coat first. Getting dark colors out of the cuticles is a pain.

There are lots of colors.
Change to one you can wear.
There are shear colors (like the ones used on a traditional french manicure), and there may be colors that are able to match your skin tone.
Try those.

Thank you for the encouragement, gals. I think I'm going to repaint my nails after the concerts. I quickly realized that I like having painted nails, so I imagine once I start going out with painted nails that I'm not going to stop. :)
