Title: Washington State Informed Consent Orchi
Post by: jjoules on March 01, 2017, 11:24:48 PM
Hello there,

I live in Washington state, and am looking for a doctor who will perform a bilateral orchiectomy using the informed consent model, that is, without therapist letters. Is there any known doctors in WA (or OR) who will do this?

I have run into many resources that say there are many, but I haven't seen any specifics, by name.

Thanks!
