Title: East West moobs

I'm losing weight fast still, but at the moment I've got some hardcore moobs going on, mostly fat, but some definite gynecomastia underneath, and at the moment they're east west, I'm wondering if when I go on HRT and continue to lose weight they'll start to point forward like they should, or if I'm just cursed to have lazy boob syndrome.
Maybe if I start wearing bras they'll gradually fix themselves from being in the right shape most of the time...

East west are one of many different breast shapes. Look 007b.com and you can see a wide variety of shapes as well as how many hang ups women have over their breasts.

Daniellekai,
About 2 years ago, before HRT, I was also overweight. I had moobs that went their own way. Not to worry.
Now with 2 years of HRT, my chest is definitely much bigger.
Yes, with HRT you will develop breasts similar to other women in your family. Genetics are just as important as HRT.
I really do not think that wearing a bra to reshape your breasts will be successful. If you have any changes, I would expect minimal changes.
Bras are for support. Wear one when you feel the need, either physical or emotional.
