Title: United We Stand: The One Thing Nice Activity

We've recognized a trend where harsh words and feeling seem to get passed between the members of this community and its easy to forget that people can have different opinions then our own and still have us all get along as a united community. Therefore we'd like to try an activity with anyone interested to build some community unity and friendship.
It's called the One Thing Nice Activity. This activity has been done in different version and we're not sure how well it will work in a forum environment, but it will have a positive effect for sure.
Please participate, you'll find it is quite an experience.
Here's how it works. When you post here, write down everyone else that has posted so far and list their names in your post. Next to each person's name, write down one thing you like about that person. How they present their ideas, their choice of clothing, whatever you like about that person. When you think about it, there's always SOMETHING you could say nice about them. Return as often as you like to edit your post to include the new people who have posted after you.
We'll start off with each other and Susan.
Mia's
Marq - He knows all the right things to say to make me laugh
Marq's
Mia - She always seems to find the beautiful side of people and things and always shows me that side
Susan - Provided us a great place to meet new friends, discuss, and learn about other people's experiences
Nero - Always willing to offer words of encouragement to those who need it.
Alison - Her well thought out questions allowed us to restate in a more clear manner what its like to be us.
Marq and Mia
You can combine us if you wish in your post.

Mia - kind sweet heart, opinionated and understanding all wrapped into one.. she keeps Marq in line, and offers a shoulder to cry on.
Marq - straight forward thinking, always makes sense and leads me to find the right path.. you offer firm but good advice.
Nero - One of the bigger hearts I've met on the forum so far, always thinking of others feelings.
Susan - offering a place for people to congregate and make friends, she runs and pays for the server by herself.

Mia and Marq, FA, and Alison - Haven't really met any of you, but I'm glad you had a hand in this wonderful place.
Susan - For creating a wonderful site that has given me a wonderful group of friends I never thought I'd have.
<3 - For being a great person. You have helped me feel less alone and I'm glad that you are here and hope to get to know you better.

mia and marq - i don't think i know them, but at least they tried for some unity. go them!
susan - he's a true hero. i'm not sure whether to admire or worship, as both seem equally appropriate to me.
fa - he's actually kinda wise. has good advice and works hard to make a good environment for us.
alison - i don't think i know them either, but their smile looks nice.
<3 - they're really sweet. seem troubled at times, but still do their best to contribute in a constructive way.
darkie - i don't know them too well, but they seem supportive and helpful.

Mia and Marq- They started this thread, so that should illuminate what kind of people they are
FA- He's awesome. I remember lurking back in 2008 when I started to come to terms with things and he was always one of the most helpful people around. I don't know what he does as an administrator, but I'm sure he is hard working to make a safe place for all of us (though, I do miss his voice :))
Alison- I'm not familiar with you, but I love the name as it is my mother's; therefore, you have my approval. :)
