Title: ALT and Girth/Thickness: A Concern
Post by: CMD042414 on March 19, 2017, 09:18:53 AM
I'm going with ALT and though my body fat is low and my thighs are thin I know this site can result in super thick penises. I'm concerned about that but I'm not using RFF because I want better length. Anyone here that had ALT and feels they are a good thickness or too thick even?

It's inconvenient to be bigger, but the way Dr. BL explained it to me, she thought it actually came out aesthetically better in the long run, as you're able to do some reductions and sculpting at subsequent stages. So while a guy with RFF may end up smaller than he'd like to be because of donor site limitations, a guy with ALT who is willing to potentially undergo some initial largeness and some additional follow up stages should be able to get exactly what he's looking for in terms of size ultimately.

Just splurge on some supportive underwear ;)

Here in the Netherlands they have the rule that the fat on your thigh may not be thicker than 1cm, or else the penis is going to be too thick, and unnatural. They even measure it with a certain device in the hospital. If you're in doubt, have it measured. I've seen some pictures of penises from areas that were more than 1cm, and they really do not look good. Thicker is definitely not better.

Hey Mr.x, sorry to hijack this thread but I'm not sure how to send a private message.  I just moved to the Netherlands a couple of months ago and would really appreciate any advice you can give me.  I've already completed two surgeries and am just missing one more but I've been referred to the Gender Clinic and am still waiting.  Is it possible for us to chat offline somehow?

Thanks!

I was able to talk to the doc again and she doesn't do the tube in a tube method so I'm a good candidate for ALT and should have a realistic girth. The urethra is created from tissue elsewhere as opposed to a tube of thigh tissue inside of a larger tube of thigh tissue which would be humongous. Whew!

I tried to send you a PM, but it doesn't seem to work. But sure, we can talk about this! How do you suggest we'll get in touch?
