Title: HRT first ALDOCTONE then ESTROGEN and what about progesterone?

Hi i started 1 months ago t blocker and estrofem in Pill form, i know now will it take time to see feminization...
But when and why do they add Prosgesterone??
And whta shall i eat and what not, i mean what are thing to take care beiing on Hrt i know about Potaissum level check

I am assuming you are on Spiro as a blocker and if so, you want to avoid or limit foods high in potassium. In the western diet this would mean Orange juice and other citrus, Bananas and potatoes. Salt substitute should also be avoided but you may freely use as much regular salt as you want. You should try to eat healthy but feel free to treat yourself.

As for Progesterone, there isn't a standard. Some people never receive it, some people don't see any difference with it and others say it's the best thing in the world. Because of the different opinions it's pretty much up to the doctor if it's included in your treatment. I received something similar to progesterone and the only difference I saw was it made me horny and hungry. Development wise, it didn't make a difference.
