Welcome to Susan's Place. Because of legal restrictions, we are limited on the type of medical advice we can provide. Also not knowing the country or the nature of the restrictions, some of what we provide may not be usable.
HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) for you would consist of an estrogen of which there are several to chose from. Dosage is determined by regular blood tests measuring total estrogen and estradiol. Also tested at the same time is general health and liver function because cross sex hormones have been known to have side effects that are best caught early. The hospital you went to seems to be accepting of LGBT so it's possible either they could monitor your HRT or suggest a doctor who could do it for you. They might also be able to suggest a therapist to help you as well. Even though being LGBT may be illegal in your country, people still need to be treated so often therapist are trained to provide help without violating the laws of the country.
Failure to take hormones will give you menopause like symptoms such as hot flashes/night sweat and other other symptoms depending on your sensitivity. Long term, their will be issues with retaining calcium in your bones. I would suggest you start a diet high in calcium and take a supplement until you find a doctor to handle HRT.
If you start HRT, there is another danger you face. Some people feminize to the point where they find it difficult to pass as their birth gender I am unable to advise you how to handle this because the response of others will depend on the culture of your country.
If you are able to travel, you might be able to receive assistance outside your country and there are therapist who will provide help over Skype. Mostly it will depend on the resources available to you and what you require. If you continue to post questions on this thread, I will see them and I will do my best to answer them.
We issue to all new members the following links so you will best be able to use the web site.

I'm sorry that your country won't just let you be yourself and that you had to go thru that self-surgery ordeal. Since I don't have any experience with your country I really can't advise you but I just wanted to say I hope you get better soon. I hope you're getting lots of rest and taking care of yourself.
I think you will probably get a lot of relief from not having testosterone in your body anymore. Along with the relief of not having male hormones you may also experience loss of physical strength, loss of body hair and a lower sex drive.

Do it yourself Orchi? You have more balls than you know. I mean holy cow. I am sorry you can;t get the help you need in your country. Give us four years and we will be there with you. They are already going to omit lgbt from the census after President Obama made it a policy of his admin.

Contraceptive pills are not a good choice because most have the wrong hormones. Without knowing the country or the region you are living in, it's difficult to help. As while back somebody from China came to the site claiming that transgender care was forbidden. I did some searching and found several links that I gave to the poster. It turned out while it wasn't exactly excepted everywhere, there were a number of transgender public figures that were well known in China. In some countries there is treatment but it may be a bit underground.
I understand how you feel because I started to transition about 1974. Help was as difficult for me to find as it is for you however you have the internet available today so searching for things like "country LGBT" or "country transgender" might connect you with information that I had a far more difficult time finding.

Yikes! Self-done orchiectomy, like, OUCH! Well then, one thing you DON'T need then is any androgen blocker. That's good because they all have undesirable side effects. But you need something. Can you get, order, find, whatever, any of the following: aguaje, maca extract, wild yam? Any one or as many of those you can. They are all weak estrogen-like substances. Or... Or this!... Is there ordinary soy milk in your country? Drink as much of that as you can! By itself, with chocolate, on your cereal, ANY thing. Soy milk has phytoestrogens. Do these temporarily until you can swing real estrogens. Lots of luck, and, blessing be upon you!

From what I've read phytoestrogens don't really do much to feminize. Mostly they have the negative side effect of just messing with one's endocrine system.
Since your endocrine system is going to be greatly effected by your orchiectomy and is now in the process of naturally rebalancing itself, these may do more harm than good.

Before you go any further, I would recommend finding an understanding, accepting, and compassionate therapist. It may be difficult, and maybe not particularly local to you, but it would be a good step. With the exception of iron fisted governments like North Korea, I am not trying to offend anyone here, based on my limited knowledge, I'm going to assume you're either in Russia/Ukraine or eastern Europe. Those are the only places I personally know of that ban LGBTQ. You may not have much of a choice at the time. I assume you're fairly young? Get a few years under your belt, to do a lot of research (it sounds like online would be about the only safe way you can research), and learn every small bit you can. Even if you read the same thing 50 times, read it for a 51st time. It can't hurt. But you know about hurt already. In the words of Tommy Boy (Chris Farley movie) "Holy schneike!" I had heard about monks doing that in certain areas, but never thought I would meet someone who had done it themselves. I've been told I have an extreme pain tolerance (just in differing terms) because I got a tattoo directly on my breast bone, but I can't even begin to imagine (or maybe I just don't want to) the pain you went thru.
Pardon me, I have to "Oh!" this one out for a few minutes.
I actually had to look up the definition of orchiectomy, because I had never seen or heard the word. I was shocked and scared when I found out the definition.
I personally don't have it in me to do what you did. If I reach that point in the future, I'm just going to let the doctor handle that one. I respect your choices, and dedication to your true self, but I think the self procedure may have went a bit too far. But that's just for me. It may have been totally normal for people in your area, or even expected, but where I am, I can't say I have ever heard of anyone doing it themselves.
But anyway...
I wouldn't recommend "borrowing your friends birth control" but if you feel you have no choice I can't stop you, nor would I try. When a person has their mind made up about something, there's not a whole lot you can do to change their mind.
But before you make any more rash decisions, I have 3 words for you: research, research, research. Everything. Anything. All. You can never learn too much about something. Altho some bigots would argue that statement. My sister for example, she sees a star in a circle (even an officers badge), she instantly decides they worship Satan. And she has told me specifically that she doesn't want to understand it or learn about it. That's one of the most bigoted statements I have ever heard.
And like the rest of us, you're going to have to put up with a LOT of bigotry. From all over. In some cases, our own blood.
There's not much more I can think of to say except do what you feel is right, as long as it doesn't interfere with the same right of others, and stay safe.
