For those that don't know me yet, I just recently had the revelation at age 57 that I have suffered from years of repression-related depression and now I have discovered that I am a TG woman. Both my wife and I are having difficulty coming to terms with this(as to be expected), but I think she has made some progress in accepting my new identity. My birthday was today and one of the presents she gave me were ladies' yoga pants because I told her that when I do yoga, I want to look like the other women who wear spandex yoga pants. I was so excited! I hope her ability to accept me continues and grows with time.

My birthday was today too, bought myself a couple of bras, and finally told the doctor I needed documents sent to endocrinology so they'd put me on their waiting list. The psychologist said it could be a couple months long.

!neraK yadhtriB yppaH and !elleinad yadhtriB yppaH
or
Happy Birthday Karen! dna Happy Birthday Danielle!
I think it was nice of your with to get you a female gift Karen and it was very thoughtful of her to take your female desires into account.
Birthdays and Christmas were always a disappointment for me growing up because I never got what I really wanted as gifts. I got to where I would tell everyone I did not want any gifts. Or course I usually got some anyway and therefore more disappointment. It wasn't their fault as they never knew what I wanted. It was made worse by watching my 5 sisters receiving the things I wanted.
I am happy for you Karen.
And Danielle I am happy you were able to treat yourself to the things you wanted too.
Hugs to you both,
Jeanette
