For the first 6 months my boobs were sore all the time.  Now it's very sporadic.  Just wondering if  anyone has experienced breast growth without soreness after their breasts got bigger than B cup size?  Could they still be growing and you aren't feeling it?

I found after about a year the soreness wore off, but I still experienced a little growth. Though, I tend to get itchy a lot more when things about to grow. It's been a while since that last happened.

I've read here of others saying their breasts were sore and or nipples hurt. I don't think not hurting is missing anything but I have never experienced anything like that in the breasts or nipples, never felt anything uncomfortable or that I thought was unusual. I'm just recently getting to maybe just past a B cup, I assume they are still growing. Maybe I should say I hope so.  :) Best I can say is that every few weeks I can say yep, this is more than I had a few weeks ago.

   My growth stalled after 8 months, no more soreness. At one year, I started low  dose progesterone. It reestablished the soreness for a while before stopping. The growth did not stop. I believe I am seeing painless growth now at 22 months on E. Still not as big in size as I want but they are changing still.

I found out when I roll over my stomach in my sleep and ouch. I begin to notice the growing and soreness.

I have developed a nice full A cup and NEVER had sore breasts. I feel left out.

Frankly Jane....I really never noticed much growth when I had the soreness. It's stopped now and I notice no difference. Perhaps they've actually even gotten a bit smaller. Kind of the biggest disappointment regarding my transition to date. Hopefully, you'll get better results than me. :(

I don't know if my boobs are growing or just that you gals gave me a subliminal suggestion but they are itching like crazy today.

I thought I was just about done when the dang things caught fire yesterday. Luckily it only lasted about 45 minutes. 

  I'm still short of 5 months (it really doesn't seem that long) and mine haven't stopped being sore. Some days it isn't as sore as other days and even seems to change throughout the day. I am feeling good about the growth as I can see boobs in my clothes now. I had started wondering if the growth had stalled because they don't seem to be getting bigger. But today I noticed that they are becoming rounder. the cone shape is almost gone. They are not really bigger just getting a better shape.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

In my 13 yrs on HRT, soreness/itchiness = growth. No soreness, no growth.

You have far more experience than me, in fact you have more years than I do months. Currently I'm right between a B and C cup, my nipples are longer than most cis-women I've known and at times cross eyed wonderful sensations. Never a hint of anything painful or sore with the exception of if they get suddenly cold they get erect so fast that's uncomfortable. I can't explain it other than maybe just lucky, I am more than thrilled with my breast and nipple development so far.

Definitely, the soreness is not required; I had very little soreness (mostly in the first couple months), and I've ended up 38DDD and Tanner V. I'm sure it varies by person, but it is at least *possible* to have solid development without soreness.

I have been on Oestrogen only therapy for about 4.5 years, with my E averaging between 240-260 and my T level is very small, under 0.9 thus hormonally female.. For me the soreness lasted about a year, but then went and only very occasionally returns, but nothing like the intensity of that first year. These days especially if its cold or I am aroused , my nipples can become very erect and my areolae are quite big and very female in appearance. My nipples are very sensitive. These day after my last bra fitting at Marks & spencer in the UK, I found I was now a C Cup (a small C, or large B Cup. So now I am 44C. All of my family have been quite well rounded. My mother was 38DDD.  Ideally I would like to be a D+ or DD with more fullness to the breast. Yes mine are still growing without the soreness. Now I am tending to get more breast tissue to the side towards the armpit and  at the bottom of the breast. I just wish I had more Lower fullness and evidential cleavage. For that reason I am contemplating breast augmentation mentor moderate profile 450cc-485cc.

Judith, it might be worth knowing about "sister sizes" - a 44C is the same cup volume as a 42D, a 40DD, and a 38DDD. :)
