I'm 25 I've always wanted to be a girl and even made a appointment to see gender theripist when I was 16 but backed out. 9 years later and starting to go bald I think this is my last chance to transition and still pass. And I got lucky with theripist as she gave me HRT letter after one visits. Sadly I'm stuck in a small town for next year and don't feel safe going full time here. And there are no LGBT groups near me to ask advice from. Anyways <3

Congrats on the letter as well. That's awesome news. I'm pretty new here as well. The site is a wealth of information. Take your time and read everything you can. Seeing all these other brave souls going through the same thing is really comforting.

  Hi Carol,

I am Laurie. Yes, I know it says Jeanette on my profile and yes I used Jeanette but now I'm using Laurie. I'm so confused I'll probably be someone else next week. Anyway I'd like to give you a ((hug)) and an unofficial welcome to Susan's Place. What's that? Why an unofficial welcome? Well it's like this I'm just a nobody, nobody special that is. I am a MtF like so many of us here. We do have all kinds here as all kind and flavors are welcome. Anyway I decided to self appoint myself to greeter for Susan's Place. I didn't get any permissions to do it, heck I didn't even ask so I got no endorsements to be a greeter. I decided to do it anyway and so my greeter have to be unofficial just to make everything official. There, now it makes perfect sense huh?  I'm glad we got that cleared up so I can greet you.
