What is everyone making for memorial day? We are having friends over so I am making fried chicken, potato salad, baked beans and corn with the cob and Lucas is going to cook burgers with the grill.

Rotisserie grilled rolled pork roast, potato salad and a mixed green salad... some ice cream as dessert...
